All
software come with a 30 day evaluation period which enables you to learn and
use all features of the software. It is assumed that the purchase has been
made after sufficient evaluation.
The
master CGI that resides on our server, and is used during the evaluation
period, replicates the functionalities of the CGI that will be created by the
registered version of the software for your server.
Refunds
are permitted only if all of the following conditions are met...
- The software has been purchased within the
previous 30 days.
- The CGI, in its default format, does not
work on your server when installed by you.
- We are given an opportunity to correct the
error, often by installing the CGI on your server by one of our
technicians, and is still not working.
No refund is permitted if...
- You simply changed the mind.
- The CGI stopped working after it has been
altered by yourself.
- Failed to evaluate and/or failed to
discover during the evaluation period that the features were not suitable.
