All our tools are
designed to enable you, the website owner, to make the necessary HTML,
PHP, JavaScript and Perl codes to bring your pages "alive" on the
web without ANY programming. However, we do realise that some tasks can
be a bit daunting even with the extremely user-friendly
programs we provide.
Examples where custom service is desirable include...
- Situations where the software cannot be properly
installed and made functional on your web server.
- Need some facilities that are not configurable via
the program(s).
- Your time is more valuable and must be spent
on other aspects of your business.
Therefore,
in response to numerous calls for help received every day, we are
offering a custom service to get your pages functional as you want them.
Points to note if you wish to avail this facility...
- Must give us an exact description of the
requirements, together with any HTML, CGI file(s) and/or textual
data.
- If the files are to be installed on your server,
must give us remote access to your
server via Telnet and/or FTP.
- There is a service charge
based on per hour, which will be quoted after reviewing the specs.
- Payment
must be made prior to commencing the work.
- Payment
by credit card is
recommended to avoid delays.
- Please note that WE ARE NOT WEB PAGE DESIGNERS and
hence any HTML page submitted must be in its final form.
- We cannot do regular maintenance
of your pages and may not keep a copy of the pages
and/or CGI on our site after the work is over. It is your
responsibility to make a backup of the files. Otherwise,
restoring them may incur the same amount of chargeable custom work.

Remote access Giving us access to your server is indicative of your trust and we will hold
that with utmost care and respect. The username and passwords so provided will be kept
strictly confidential and will be deleted from our system as soon as the work is finished.
It is recommended that you change the password after the work is over if you have
any concern at all. Any unauthorized entry to your system by someone else using the same
access codes cannot be blamed on us.
There may be situations where remote access is not possible due to system
imposed restrictions. We therefore always check that there is access, and that the work
can be carried out remotely, before charging to your credit card. Even if there is no remote
access, sometimes it is possible to make the files and test them on our server and mail
them to you for installing on your server. We will discuss this option with you before
commencing the work.
Amount Payable
Cards are charged in Australian dollar amounts.
The daily currency fluctuations may cause a few cents' discrepancy in
amounts shown in your bank's monthly statement
