The cost depends on the level of contract and the amount of work involved. Two components of the cost are...
1. Monthly contract fee
To receive the service at call, and in a timely manner, you must be signed up as a client. This involves a nominal monthly fee.
Basic Level - $495 per month
Suitable if you require only minor or occasional changes in the programs. For example, modifying the CGI for an online shopping site, adding new technology, etc.
Premium Level - from $1,995 per month
This is for those who have more sophisticated server side programs that require regular attention. Though a dedicated employee is the logical choice in such situations, it is hardly ever a 100% utilization of the time. We provide the same level of service at a greatly reduced cost. If a major project or new program is required, we do that as well but may incur additional charges.

2. Time cost
The monthly fee covers the full cost in most cases. We will notify you if the total amount of time spent in a calendar month exceeds the monthly fee. It will incur additional payments, which may be waived at our discretion.
If you do not wish to have a monthly plan, ad hoc service shall be available at $129 p.h. with a minimum of 2 hours per job paid in advance. Balance, if any, will be payable at the completion of job.

In order to deliver the service at call, and in a timely manner, we require you to be signed up as a client. This involves a nominal monthly fee depending on the type and extent of service required.
Basic Level - $95 per month
This is suitable for those who require minor and occasional questions. For example, understanding a piece of third party code you are trying to understand or figuring out how to do certain task. Depending on load there may be a delay in response to the basic level clients.
Premium Level - $495 per month
This is for those who have more sophisticated questions and want to debug or examine their code. The monthly fee will be determined by the frequency and complexity of questions. Premium clients get priority.
2. Time cost
We will notify you if our cost for the total amount of time spent in a calendar month exceeds certain level. It will incur additional payments in the case of Basic level clients. For premium clients the additional cost is offset against other months' fee. An exception to this rule is when the time exceeds regularly in every month. The additional charges will be calculated at our ad hoc rate, which is currently $129 per hour.
